User – EmployeeA
Issue – Tried making an interoffice call between OfficeZ and OfficeX. Other end can hear me, but I cannot hear them. Tried calling multiple extensions to verify. Even had EmployeeB call from their phone to check to make sure it wasnt a problem with just my phone. They are having the same results.

My Response – EmployeeB has confirmed this to be an issue. So I have done everything I could think to do:
1) I Made a pot of coffee
2) I ate a donut
3) I stared at the phone in the break room really hard with one eyebrow raised.

I think the phones could “Smell what I was cooking” because I was able to call multiple people in OfficeX now and it appears to work now.

It is all in the eyebrow.

The end of an era….

I came into work this morning a little later than usual.

I stopped by my desk and plugged in my laptop like I always do.

Then I walked back to the break room to make my morning cup of “I cant believe they are trying to pass this shit off as coffee”.

When I went to put the lid on my cup, it cracked. The lid, not the cup.

Im a little bummed. I have had this cup for years. Its one of the transparent cobalt blue ones that Quik Trip used to sell a looong time ago. I have taken this to many many jobs, and had hundreds if not thousands of cups of coffee from it.

And now….. it is broken. It wouldnt be so bad, except that its split right by the opening. So trying to drink with the lid on, it just pinches my lip.

And yes… I have to have a lid on my coffee cup. I work around too many computers not too.
